Russian MoD releases video of suspected ISIS vehicles being deployed close to mosque

Islamic State terrorists are hiding in mosques because they know that Russian jets would never target such buildings, Deputy Defense Minister Anatoly Antonov said. He also revealed Moscow and Washington are to sign an agreement on coordinating flights.
